How do we ship our products?

Our company ships insured products via UPS, USPS and DHL.
Rates are calculated automatically, based upon geographic location.

Shipping information

DOMESTIC

 

Our company ships insured products via UPS, USPS and DHL.
Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses will be shipped by U.S. mail, and it should be understood that they are considered domestic U.S. addresses. Shipping charges for APO/FPO will be the same as for domestic mail.

 

Our store processes shipping orders: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 2:00pm (shipping cut-off time), Eastern Standard Time (no shipping during holidays). For every order placed, it takes 24-48 hours for the shipment process to be completed. Please, plan accordingly during the holiday season as ITFW is not responsible for package delays.

 

INTERNATIONAL

 

International orders are available. Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying our product, if necessary. A Custom/Courier Fee of $10.00 will be applied to all International Orders.

 

ADDRESS/BILLING AND SHIPPING

 

We recommend that billing and shipping addresses are identical always, whenever possible. Every address and phone number submitted will be verified. We offer the option of shipping to different shipping and billing addresses, however, our customer service department must first contact you for further information, prior to your order being shipped.

All orders placed after 2:00 p.m. will not be processed until the following business day (US Holidays excluded). International orders are available. Please get in touch with our crew for details.

Returns, exchanges and refunds

For the return or exchange of any product please contact our return & exchange department at: cs@itfwtimepieces.com with detailed information about your inquiry. We will contact you shortly with further details and your RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization).

 

RETURNS

 

Any product, has an expiration of 10 days from the receipt of your purchase to be returned. The purchaser is responsible for any return shipping charges. Once the product is returned, its condition will be evaluated thoroughly. All merchandise that is returned or exchanged must be received in new, original and unused condition, along with all original manufacturer boxes, manuals and booklets with packaging and accessories intact.

 

All returns and exchanges are subject to inspection by our returns department. Any watch that is worn, scratched, sized or altered in anyway will be denied credit or exchange. Watch bands, bracelets and accessories are not returnable for exchange, refund and/or credit. Our company reserves the right to reject any damaged or worn returns even if a return authorization number was originally granted. Watches that were received in a damaged or worn condition, will be returned to the customer, with the return shipping charge billed to the customer.

 

Cancellations and returns will receive full merchandise credits and shipping (when paid by client). Client is responsible (to be deducted from value) for product credit card rate charges (2.9% + 30¢ USD) and restocking fees (5% of product value).

 

EXCHANGES

 

Any product, has an expiration of 10 days from the purchased date to be exchanged. The purchaser is responsible for any exchange shipping charges.

Exchanges will receive full merchandise credit, less shipping charges, towards your selection of another timepiece of equal or greater value, after the exchange order is placed.

 

REFUNDS

 

Refunds are issued based on the payment method used at the time of purchase. Most credit card purchases are refunded with 3-10 business days. If you detect issues with your refund, please let us know.

ITFW Timepieces is a watch rental company and reseller of new and used timepieces. New products are sealed, in the box and with all the original contents in place – purchased from the manufacturer (seasonal inventory) or by another watch retailer (promotional inventory).

 

Each product is inspected and tested prior to shipping.

INSURANCE

 

When shipping a return or an exchange, it is advised to use safe packaging with a traceable courier and to insure the package for the full value, as we are not responsible for packages that we do not receive.

 

WARRANTY

 

If there is a problem with the mechanics of your product and/or you encounter the need of a repair, please contact the manufacturer of your product as your product is protected by the manufacturer warranty. The warranty of any timepiece starts on the date of purchase and covers all defects in materials and workmanship. It does not apply to normal wear and tear, abuse, misuse or failure to follow the owner’s manual watch instruction.

 

DEFECTS

 

Visual defects of any kind, must be reported immediately, after delivery time, to our customer service department at: cs@itfwtimepieces.com.

Each product is inspected and tested prior to shipping. Our company does not sell used or refurbished products with the exception of those available in our Garage Sale inventory.
